Helping the helpers

At Workio, we care about the communities in which we operate and the world in which we live. We know that there can be no business success in the long term without well-functioning civil society and a planet which is habitable for us now and in the future.

As a result, we are pleased to announce our Charity & Non Profit policy which commits Workio to providing our culture measurement, management and recruitment products for free to charities and non-profits whose mission and methods of operating resonate with us.

We deeply believe in the benefits of a strong organisational culture, and that hiring people who will love to work for the organisations they join is a key part of building and maintaining great cultures.

Our findings with for-profit organisations so far show that money and benefits are seldom one of the more important aspects of work for employees. They tend to care more about purpose & mission, their role, or relationships at work.

Charities and non-profits are even more likely than for-profit organisations to rely on the ‘softer’ aspects of organisational culture to attract and retain their people, and we want to help them find the right people for their culture so that they can perform at their highest potential both individually and collectively.

We also commit to donating 1% of our revenues each year to charities and non-profits whose missions and whose methods of operating resonate with us and reflect our values.

These two initiatives are just a couple of the ways in which we live our values at Workio, and we love helping other organisations do the same.

Any charities or non-profits who are interested in the programme should visit this page and fill in the form. We’d love to hear from you!
